We collect only what you give us and what your browser sends automatically:

• Intake form. Name, work email, company, role you're hiring for, and any details you add in the notes field.
• Scheduling. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and selected time.
• Server logs. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, kept briefly for security and diagnostics.
• Essential cookies only. We use strictly necessary cookies for session and security. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and add a consent banner where required.

3. How we use your information

• Respond to your inquiry and run the search you contacted us about.
• Schedule and hold calls, send follow-ups, and share candidate materials.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (submitting the form), our legitimate interest in operating a B2B recruiting practice, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We share information only with vendors that help us run the service, under confidentiality obligations:

• Hosting and database infrastructure.
• Scheduling (Calendly).
• Email delivery.
• Where required by law, or to protect our rights.

6. Retention

We keep intake submissions and correspondence while the engagement is active and for a reasonable period after (typically up to 24 months) so we can follow up on future roles. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

8. International transfers

Our vendors may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small business handling limited B2B contact information. No system is perfectly secure.

This site is for business users and is not directed to anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
